ABOUT

Caroline is an educator, facilitator, and community builder with extensive experience designing inclusive, creative, and experiential learning environments. With a professional background spanning public education, arts education, and community-based programming, she brings a rare combination of creative vision, empathy and structure to her work.

Over the course of her career, she has worked with children, families, artists, and educators in both institutional and informal settings. Her work emphasizes equity, autonomy, and process-based learning, with a particular focus on meeting people where they are and creating environments that invite exploration without judgment.

In addition to formal education roles, Caroline has participated in and supported residency programs, community gardens, and land-based creative initiatives. These experiences have shaped her belief that meaningful learning happens through relationship—between people, place, and creative practice.

She is most interested in the intersection of art, nature, education, and community stewardship. Drawing on years of facilitation, mediation, and program coordination, she is committed to building opportunities, events and programs that are sustainable, accessible, and rooted in joy.
